Hi i've seen a few people mention subaru mecanics in the se qld area?Could you please post them up please?

It may help if you narrowed down a location a bit more.
All the suggestions so far have been Brisbane, but SEQ could mean Gold coast or Sunhine coast or Wide bay or Toowoomba, all have there own Suba speciallists.

boxer services is also called "the subaru shop" i believe, last time i was there anyway.

Boxer Services is their NEW company name "The Subaru Shop" is the old one, the name change came about after Subaru kicked up a worldwide stink about the use of their name Subaru.
Another vote here for Boxer Services Andrew and the boys know their job and believe it or not will talk you out of wasting money.
At my 100.000 Service I asked for a lot of extra things to be done as recommended by members of a Forester Forum I visit and Andrew & Brenda talked me out of wasting my money...........now that is Service in my book.

Ok thanks well i live roughly 4 hrs west of brisbane our nearest subaru service agent is wippels in toowoomba and sorry to say but we have had a few probs with the level of service there.Reluctently we took it back about its current prob which is in another post the tacho goin up and down intermitently and well they didnt really have a clue.We did what they said and still didnt fix it so if any one knows anyone else in the toowoomba region that be great otherwise i guess it will be bris.Thanks for all our help guys

4 hrs due west puts you at warra or chinchilla I would believe.

I live in Toowoomba and I think I'll be going to Brisbane for tune up work. I havn't heard of any one here that actually specialises in boxer engines outside of wippels..

found another one yesterday. john french in the gabba.
quite easy to talk to and they were VERY helpful in finding my boost noise that I CANNOT find. even hooked the select monitor up to mine (which they didnt think would work.) and checked a few things then reset the computer for me. I think I'll be going there for things I cannot do myself.
they were amazed with the car as well.

Hi just thought i'd put a reply to my old thread.Well took the impreza to boxer service and they were great.Still didnt find a prob on computer or anything but i feel a lot better having had them look at it.Will definatley be going back for her 200 000 service there.Thanks for the recomendation!
