EA81 engine service

i need to keep the old girl tickin over and she needs a good service but i dont have a manual so can someone supply the details needed?

radiator coolent capacity?
engine oil capacity (inc filter)?
spark plug gap?

also i need to flush out the radiator... whats the best method cause i just checked the coolant and found a lot of brown sludge (not white so head gasket seems fine:)) so some shit needs to come out. Been told there is a radiator flush stuff you can get?

or is it best to just drain out what i can, fill it with water, run the engine, drop that fluid, fill with water again, run the engine (basically repeat til mostly clean) fit the new hoses and top up with coolant?
