ok i want to put a kit on my liberty gx 90 as i understand it has the ej22
so i have some questions
first one is how much will a kit cost
will the engine handle it
and is the power the turbo will give her worth it
trying to figure out if i want to do this cause i love the old girl and i think i want to make her my project not sure thouh dont want to put money in a turbo and heve her blow rods and pistons out the block

buy a real ej20g frontcut from an imported gen1 legacy.

it all bolts up and is an easy swap.

Dont bother trying to turbo your high compression ej22. It will last for a while if the motors good, but it will eventually go pop costing you more $$ in the long run for a less-reliable, and probably less powerful motor.

front cuts cost about $1800 but vary a fair bit cheaper and more expsnive.
