Engine Number

Post by BlackMale » Wed Apr 19, 2006 1:43 pm

Where would you find the engine number on an EA82T?

The ONLY number I can locate is on the bell housing and I can not seem to find 1 on the block itself!?!?!?

Any specific (pin point) ideas/locatoin?

Need to locate this for rego.

Thanks.

look on the front of the block to the left of where the fan is, you should be able to see the EA82T bit and then to the left of the about 2" is the engine number it is a little bit hard to see..

if you cant find it still ill take apic of it this arvo for you.

Jaffa, I had the same prob too. Its found under the tempreture sender on the block, just off the inlet hose manifold block. Not the most obvious spot :D
