Gen 1 Liberty Auto Misbehaving

Post by alx92 » Sun Jun 03, 2012 8:45 pm

G'day all, my Libs been giving me a bit of trouble, whever is been sitting for a bit, say overnight or more than about 8 hours, it has a bit of trouble taking off, ie, it just about stalls kind of like the transmission is choking the engine. However ive found if i let it sit and idle for a bit, it takes off quite happily. it got to the point recently where it wasnt driveable at all due to the strangulation of the engine... its a FWD 4sp Auto box 278xxxk's, i was wondering if anones had similar problems, and how did you fis it?

Cheers

Alex
