External Automatic Transmission Filter?

Hey guys, pretty trivial - but how often do you replace your 4EAT A/T External Transmission Filter [if ever]? I noted that the subaru manual recommends replacing the fluid every 50k klms, but makes no mention of the filter? What are your thoughts, Cheers

I change them when I change the oil. For the price of a filter, it's a no brainer
