throttle body size

i would like to know the biggest size throttle body that subaru made and from what model of car it comes from.
i have heard of about 72mm but i would like to hit around the 80 mm mark if that is possible. any info would be great

Why? That's not going to be the bottleneck in your EA82T's inlet tract, you won't gain anything from going bigger.

i have been talking at great depth with over boost, psi and turbp tech and they have all told me to get the biggest throttle body i can get my hands on. the guy building the engine wants to go 100mm as this has worked great in the passed. so i'm just try to get a suby one before i go and get a holden one.
