Post by kendo73 » Tue Sep 18, 2007 3:56 am

Hi everyone,
I'm a newbie here. I'm from Malaysia. I use EA82 wagon L seiries (1993 in my country).

I would like to have some opinion or info from members here about these so-called 'Lock-Right' (pic) product from Australia.

"Getting stuck? It will now be effortless to get out with the revolutionary design of Lock-Right, an automatic positive-locking differential. It is built for rugged conditions and is instinctively simple in design. The spider and side gears on the existing differential case are replaced with a pair of Lock-Right driver and coupler gear sets. It designed for fail-safe operation to ensure you can go where you want to go and get out safely. Lock-Right is manufactured in Australia using high-strength, heat-tempered steel alloys to give you the best reliability and strength." - Those words from the add quite convenience?!!.

My question is, does anybody knows about this products?
Does this Lock-Right works on subaru or does it fits in subaru rear diff?
Coz if it fits, I would rather use it than welded my rear diff if there is an option.

Hope members from this forum exspecialy from aus. could help me?
