timing belt tensioner/guide bearings... best way to replace?

Post by sss1600 » Wed Oct 12, 2005 5:58 pm

I've managed to press out the guide bearing so i'll grab one of those from CBC's, but whats the best way to fix both tensioners?
The bearings are clicking when spun by hand...

Are these bearings replacable, or do you have to buy a complete tensioner assy? Where from?
