have u got the bypass codes for the brant?

if its just a code issue get the reset codes and at least u wont have to rip it all out

yeah got the master and the user code but neither seem to do anything... there is a box under the dash that has a battery in it that i've heard can go flat when left for ages, so that could be the problem. will be investigating on saturday

Sounds like some thing wrong with the clutch set up. If it is all bled and working properly it will only take two full pumps for the slave to push from right in to working. Maybe you had some air in there still?

hope not... that mean taking the intercooler off again:) definitely bled it through till i got the new oil and no bubbles... feels normal now, have to wait and see if it shifts okay
