Cool, nice work.
Will try and locate someone here in WA that does a similar process.
The polished cover looks great, but i'm more a red & yellow color guy, but who knows, maybe i'll get one polished too:)
Thx

Ok, I have done a little more asking about urethane.
The place I had my rear bits done explained that if you find somewhere to get your bushes refilled or re-cast that you need to specify polyether as opposed to polyester as the later have a very short service life for automotive uses. He explained that when Superpro (Fulcrum Suspension)started making bushes they were using polyester (the old light blue coloured bushes) and these were falling apart after a couple of years. So they learnt from this and switched to Polyether (the darker blue bushes).
The bushes I had refilled were to an 80A grade in blue. You can choose from a variety of colours if you like and even a lower hardness rating if need.

Been there done that with this setup I had a proto type just like that 2 1/2 years ago. Every vehicle I put them in to it destroyed the diff hanger. - twisted it like it was made of paper.

I am 12 -15 weeks away from a proper replacement not unlike the OE setup.....
Does anyone know anything about this 'twisting' action as a result of using urethane bushes in the mustache bar?

Well I guess I answered my own question, this is my spare one, with OE bushes in it, she's bent to buggery!

From a Vortex so its not like its hooked a boulder or something - definitely needs strengthening!
The 'added after MY series 'Stiffeners'' are a mere cosmetic joke!

Gonna have to put some flat bar top and bottom or something, make an I beam out of this thing...
