Hi people,
Am new owner of 1997 Forester and have just found out during a service that the radiator during a compression test will need replacing in the near future. Was wondering if anybody could tell me if any other subaru radiators can fit in the forester and if not what is a good aftermarket seller?
Any help would be great as I don't live in a city and just spent all my cash on buying the vehicle. Which by the way am very happy and proud to own. Hope to hear from some of you in the near future.

What is the problem with the rad?

My outback went over 50,000k's with a weep from the crimp fittings holding the tanks on... even doing Cobar - Broken Hill at 40 deg in February no issues, just topped the header up every few thousand. If it isn't visibly leaking water when operating and doesn't seem to be getting worse then just sit on it. I was quoted $400 or thereabouts for supply of a rad by Subaru.
