Diff ratio on RX Trubo?

can someone please tell what the rear diff ratio is on the old RX Turbo (Automatic) ?

is it 4.11 or 4.44? :?

what cars have 4.44 diff? I'm looking for one for my conversion... the only major part missing is the rear diff!!!
