has anybody fitted a four speed auto to 1985 touring wagon instead of three speed ? thanku for replys

yep. used the entire driveline so you are up for a engine swap as well.
box is cable driven whereas the 3spd is linkage driven. bit of fidding makes it work.

There was a 4EAT gearbox released that bolts up to the EA82 motor - but its not very common in this country.

I think its the gearbox that came on Leone GTs and some Vortexes. It had an overdrive switch.
