They can be bought in the USA for $30, more to ship over here.

I wonder if Frog could get some, maybe a possible group buy?

Wouldn't you be able to use the 1/2 inch extension bar from a socket set to undo the plugs. i haven't got that far as yet still sorting out getting the motor to run. Just got to pick up a set of points from supershit and replace a spark plug lead

The 1/2" is a little loose and because these plugs can be quite tight, I dont wanna strip it out.

half inch is 12.7mm, what is the bet your 13mm tool measures have been rounded up to 13 for good measure and mic. down to 12.7 ???

The slop allows you to get a bit of a run up on the plug before dislodging its grip :D

i think that beats the cup half empty/half full analogy myself :p

as for the plugs, i never had trouble with the 1/2".

Still too loose, likely to completely bugger it.

I'll get some thin sheet metal and make a square shim to make up the difference and see how it goes

one of the mates use to have a cloth he put on his sockets so not to scratch the chrome off the bolts or nuts ( Show Cars). you could use a cloth to make up the difference in tolerances

Buy it , get a std diff swapped in, ship the diff and onsell the RX ??
