I had water all through my oil and rhs cylinders, replaced head gasket after determining it was that, the heads are all fine, put back together and started up, water in oil again, however this time the water is not in the cylinders. Could this be a cracked block?

Welch plugs all fine, heads tested and all, just thought it could be the block as there is no water in the cylinders

Could be a corroded water gallery in the RH head gasket face of the block.

What did the surface look like after cleanup, prior to fitting the head gasket?

Did you say you got the heads pressure tested?
Block?
Did you tension the head gaskets correctly?
Try a bottle of chemiweld or seal up, as mention above.
It's a liquid with particles suspended in it, it finds holes, and cracks and seals them up.
Hope it's nothing major as it seems we have ruled out all the common things.

Cheers Cam

Was in repco the other day.
An old guy came to the counter with a bottle.
He started to complain about how it had gone up in price.
He had been using it for 15 years!!!!! No joke!!!

Yeah it's a really old product but I don't think they have been able to improve on it yet, and make sure you shake the tin really really well and take it for a good long drive once it's in, just use tap water in the radiator while you are getting it settled in.....pretty much follow what the bottle says.

one of the sealers people swear by is now more likely to give good result now that cylinders not involved, but not sure how water then gets into oil unless a crack between water and oil gallery which is nort looked for in vacuum test

Finally got around to the old girl, chemiweld is magic guys! The best thing invented.

I started her up and have another problem, ticking!!! I know there will always be ticking but you can hear the ticking before the ute, and its always there, from cold to hot, i replaved valves rocker arms and push rods, valve clearences are all good, checked about 100 times.
I can hear it coming from the rocker cover and the additive didnt work at all. Any suggestions?
