this is a nice find after sifting through many forums, including one whose member stated he got his grease (naming the stuff) from his dad 40 years prior to posting.... cut and paste the details to find some only went back to his post :(

Now, to front up to a Bosch agent and blurt the number out and prepare to wince .......

I am thinking it is for the springs and weights down stairs not a points rubbing block

and to save anyone from linking .................5 700 002 025 M114

the number at the end of the link is
5 700 002 025 M114
That was another handy number , thanks for adding it in to help clear any doubts

Do you know of its availability here in Oz , not necessarily Tambo Xing :)

I bought my tube of grease over 20 years ago and have still got 50% left.
As only a tiny bit is required when used. Its a low turn-over product, especially as points are rare now days.
A mechanic around the corner bought a tube through Bursons, who got it from Bosch, about 3 years ago.
