Hey has anyone got any info on cam grinds for the ej20h? I'm wanting to make mine more lumpy

If you find a local engine shop get to know them and then decide if they know what they're on about and go from there.

Over in the US they use Delta cams, but this is usually on the EJ22 NA's - it's a torque grind that's so common to use that they just refer to it as a "Delta Cam"...

A ej20h has hydraulic lifters yeh? Just grab a set of v3/4 sti cams for $300 off rexnet and use them. The lifters will self adjust clearances without the need for shims etc.
I hope you have a tune able ecu tho

Hydrolic lifters, u mean springs with cups on top ?
