rs turbo squeaky noise

i just noticed my 88 l series powered by a 93 rs turbo started making a squeaky noise, on idle its quiet and sounds like a mouse but is more high pitched and constant at higher revs, it sounds like its coming from the front of the engine . i removed the alternator and power steering belt and the noise remains, im thinking its one of the idlers on the cam belt , and i was thinking of doing a cam belt change soon , please any advice for me, mainly if you think im right and if and where the best place to get the parts , im in Perth, cheers for any help
