EA81 Rings & Bearings DIY ?

Ea81 rings and bearings is this a job that can be done at home not wanting to rebuild completely just patch up get it going again for a while I have another ea81 that is going to be rebuilt but while that is happening I need to have a car or is it better to buy second hand ea81 as listed on eBay 300 bucks shove that I for a while

can you test drive the EA81 ? You get an each way bet which way is better......

you could be opening up a can of worms and stilll need to buy that EA81 and find it is also shot.....but the Sube specialists about the place used to find some 15 years and more ago that the EAs were good to crack open, rering, shells, quick job on the heads and they had a 1200 exchange motor for customers.

Why buy someone elses junk? just yet....pull the EA down quick and inspect anyway ....
