Can you remove the pushrods without removing the engine (With 2" Lift)? I am looking at finally doing my Valve stem seals and was going to do the head gaskets at the same time. I would like to leave the engine in car if possible. Can it be done? And what is everyones opinion/experience with Protorque VRS kits?
Cheers

They did allow for this in the factory (the holes in your frame rails),
but will the lift affect it?.......hmm'
Have a look under the hood and see if they still line up, the holes and your rockers that is.
Its easier to pull the whole lot out most of the time.
Sorry I cant be more help.

Cheers Mate,That should make it easier, i didn't want to pull the engine out if i could avoid it, and it sounds like with a bit of playing i might be able to, i.e droping the engine mounts and lifting slightly. Has anyone done this with a lift by any chance.
Thanks
Matt

Unfortunately . . . You'll have to lift the engine. You won't need to pull it out but you'll have to jack it up an inch or two after undoing the engine mounts.

Im pretty sure with a 3in lift you can do it from underneath, but an idea might be to just undo the engine mounts and jack the engine slightly from side to side to get the heads off
