Head breather hose - What is it exactly?

Hi All,

Just wanting to replace the head breather hose and wondering what to ask for down at the auto shop. Keeping in mind it needs to withstand a fair bit of heat from the hard working EA82T in the rally car.

and then to add to that does it need the restrictor that is in it?
