water injection

Post by dibs » Mon Apr 09, 2007 4:56 pm

another ? from a newbie. has anyone had much to do with water injection. my dad used it on a f100 yrs ago but that was on a newish vehicle. im a bit concerned if i put it on an old carbonised motor it will decarbonise it compleatly and start using oil. it is suposed to give you a little more power and save a bit on fuel as you can fiddle with the timing . it a bit like using that spray can stuff you buy from subaru .ich i have used . the wife recond she could feal a bit of diference i dont drive it much so i dont know.
thanks dibs
