Need help identifying a turbo

hey guys.
i was told this turbo came off a subaru, but have no knowledge on subaru turbos. can anyone give me some information on it? what's it capable of? what's it worth?
it has SPEC: VF 10 9007 on the tag

isnt it a VF10 turbo.
which comes off a Legacy auto?

if it's a VF10 it's worth about $100 at the absolute max if it's in good condition.
They are a very old turbo (older than 1992) and the smallest EJ turbo you can get. Came off the first Liberty RS's and only the auto models.

That's the info I have heard anyways.

You can get TD04's from WRX's for about $100 usually too now.

Looks like the compressor housing has been clocked 180deg
