Alternator maintainence

with a lot of other parts getting renewed, I thought I should look at the alternator,:) I'm thinking brushes,bearings, anything else ?

I suspect the alt voltage does not get quite as hi as it used to..now ~13.2V

Must I get replacements parts from subaru, or available replacements from
a industrial supplier...
anybody got any known part nos?

The alt is LR150-199....I guess thats a 55amp one then.....
