Injector problems

Hey guys I got my donor car (97 wrx) to fire over with an aerosol can but its not getting fuel the pump is pumping but I suspect the injectors arnt opening is it possible to connect a 12v light to the injector wires turn it over and see if it lights up? And is there any other ways to test them

u can buy a test light that got a LED in it to test the injectors or the other way is to remove the injecter and see if it spray fuel out when it turns over but if the engine been park up for some time i say they gumed up with the crap new ULP we get now .. and the only way to remove it that i know of is with boiling hot water ...

you need a noid light http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YavcgqEMj5Y to see that you are getting a pulse to the injector.

Then if you are you need 1. replacement seals for the injectors and 2. to take them to a company that cleans the injectors. then 3 once they are clean, put in the new injector seals and replace the injectors.

Unlikely all 4 are preventing from starting.

If the engine doesn't keep running in some form after the aerostart has depletted,
more than likely you have no injector pulse.
