2004 Impreza Parking lights won't turn off ?

Well as the title states my parking lights wont turn off and same as the back lights. I had LED parker bulbs and after pulling them out today cause they seemed hot it turns out one of the bulbs has melted its plastic

surround does anyone know what could cause this problem???? the car is a 2004 subaru impreza rs hatch if that helps. to turn the parking lights front/back off i have to remove the fuse which is a pain when i need lights if anyone could help that would be awesome.
