Heres my thread mate,

showthread.php?t=23871

You dont need to use an ignition box like I did, I just used what was available to me. I suspect the electronic ignition coils have that all built in so just getting one of those and swapping it would probably be easier.

Regards

Doug

Make sure you get the wires at the coil the right way around as in + and - I think there's one wire that gets power only when turning over, one for normal running and then the two wires coming from electronic module in the dizzy. I couldn't figure out why mine wouldn't start then realized I had the crank power wire on the wrong side of the dizzy  A decent multimeter helped solve the problem.
Will it ever end!?

From memory the Electronic dizzy has 2 wires coming off it. One black with a white strip (+/positive) and one yellow wire (-/negative) and you must also change the coil to suit plus remove the ballast from the system.
You know you are getting old when the candles on your birthday cake start to cost more than the cake itself.
