MY manual choke wiring on cable.

I've pulled the choke cable out of my 83 wagon to put on the twin carb 77, I've gone through all my manuals front to back and can't find any reference to the 4 wire plug that comes out of it. I'm guessing one is ignition, one is for choke light on dash and one for a temp sensor on the engine!? Anyone know which wire goes where? I'm keen on pulling the wagon electrical harness apart. Without it wired up the choke opens once you let go of the choke lever
