Trubo Gauge installation...

Post by vladrulli » Mon Oct 31, 2005 4:48 am

i've been trying to install a turbo gauge in my converted GL but it doesn't work...

currently I conected it directly to the manifold and it abviously sucks in air but the gauge does not respond... should it be conected somewhere else? any pics would be great!

also, when I try sucking or blowing into the tube the gauge does not respond... is that normal or should there be some minor movement?

I begining to think the gauge is broken... :(

Sounds like it. I've connected mine to the manifold, where that little bung was on the RH side, and its been working perfectly since.

Is the hose you are using blocked? If thats ok then check to see there isnt a small piece of foam from the packaging that has lodged in the inlet pipe, if thats all ok then it would see your guage is not functioning.
