Recently noticed that even when mode is all air to foot level I still get air flow out the face level vents. Anybody seen this, or know where to look, how to solve please? Please dont say its a dash out or similar!

G’day JP,
First think I’d be doing is hunting down a Factry Service Manual or Factory Workshop Manual (same thing afaik).
Look up the components for the AC and heater ducts - see if you have electrical actuators, vacuum actuators or cable operated levers (doubtful). Find their locations and check for any troubleshooting tips.
Then go diving into your vehicle to find out what the issue is if the FSM didn’t give you an answer.
