Warn do a winch caddie that is for mounting to non winch vehicles, or for use with alloy bullbars. About $300 I think. You'll need chassis rail extensions to mount it to. You won't find off the shelf winch bars for an L series. If you really want one though just go through a 4wd mag and find someone that does tube bars and get one custom made. Probably cost as much as an L series though!

When I was in the states found out they were optional equipment over there but then again so were turbos on the brumby!

92 targa brumby (weekend runabout),
97 Lifted Outback (Dailey drive),
05 outback safety (Too cheap to pass up),
90 model liberty (was to be scrapped instead sold to workmate)
+ others.

And i have seen what i believe to be factory mounted winch on a brumby nudge (i don't what would break first the nudge bar or the winch)
