The fun begins
I finally got the go ahead from the Motor Vehicle Registry for the WRX conversion into my brumby. Woohoo!!
The only condition for the conversion to be approved is that the chassis rail modification is done by a certified welder.
Its now time to buy some bits. I've got my uncle in Sydney who also happens to be a mechanic checking out a front cut for me on Saturday and so long as everything is ok it will be on its way up on Monday. I will also be ordering my crossbred brake kit in the near future.
Woohoo!!

Yeah, I included four wheel disc brakes on the submission as I was planning on doing the crossbred performance upgrade anyway. I'll use the front brakes off of the WRX front cut, I just need to get some rear calipers. I'm probably going to order the kit tomorrow.phillatdarwin wrote:good to hear that u can go ahead with it now .
