If your aiming for a large gain I wouldn’t bother on the stock donk. You would want to go for an engine conversion. Put a set of nice Works or Advan rims on her Coilovers or really low springs and some dark tint

You should be able to get a B4 Twin Turbo front cut for around the $3,500 mark then swap everything over, it's about the cheapest option you have for power upgrades on a Gen 3, waste of time trying to get too much out of an N/A.

Depends on how much you can do yourself & which state you are in, Japanese Wholesale Supplies in WA, Ichiban over east are two that come to mind.
It's a pretty straight forward swap if you stick to the twin turbo set up, join RSLC or OZliberty for the best info.
