Probably not that relevant on here but I mated a set of V3 STI gauges into a Gen 2 pod/binnacle, took me the best part of a day with a 4" angle grinder with a diamond cutting blade (fantastic for plastic) to get things to mate up.

Looks like you need a speedo that goes higher than 180. How fast would it take to use the rest of the fuel :twisted::mrgreen:

I've got a 260kph cable speedo sitting here but it's useless without the HKS speed cut defender which I also have sitting here........has been for 2yrs lol.
It handles great at 180 but hits a brick wall the second you go over it when the motor cuts out till you slow down a bit, pain in the arse when overtaking a few cars at a time because it gets there pretty quick in 4th.
It's a surprisingly economical car, to a full tank (60L) on a country run I'll get 740K's sitting on 130kph & around town with a bit of hammering I'll get 570K's quite easily.

I've got a boot mounted battery, coil relocated behind dash, oil cooler and relocated oil filter.

If i wasn't on my mobile phone i'd put up pics.

my car and surly others are stock.
so any thing thats not stock is different.

I am really keen to make a custom rear bar with 3000lb winch mounted to the rear it would be awsome to see if anyone has done this before
no more 91 l series, no more liberty sedan , 92 l series this time i will do all the mods i wated to do with my last l series, lift , wheels ,kings, roof basket, snrokel
