Spent just about all weekend in the garage...got a good amount done i figure. Conisdering i was working by myself most of the time.

Friday night...got all these things out by myself in like 4 hrs.

Then spent yesterday ripping the wiring, and stripped it right down this morning.

Since the weekend. i have stripped the RX of the motor and tranny. I managed to graft in the Legacy Pedal box. I had to use 2/3 of the Legacy box (clutch and brake), and i used the RX throttle pedal assembly, with the Legacy Throttle Cable.

Tonight it's time for the Legacy rad, and then a quick drop of the motor onto the the cross member to make sure my preliminary mesurements are correct.

I dropped my motor in on the weekend. There made to fit.

One problem I do see is the angle of the engine mounts are a little different to the angle on the cross member. What do you guys do here as its torn and old mount already. I don't want thist to happen to my new mounts every 6 months.

On mine I just stuck a washer between the mount and the crossmember on the low side. Only fixed the angle by 1-2 deg. but hopefully it will be enough.

Interested to follow this. What box are you putting in, EJ? Ratio etc.
What cost will it come in at by converting all yourself with I presume a front cut - estimate total?
