EA81 SPFI conversion

Looks like a mammoth task, but possibly very worthwhile for someone with the parts and know how!

Kinda a big job in Australia as we never got the SPFI EA82. So finding parts is almost impossible

You can fit SPFI injection from old Fords. I think it was the XF's that had it.
The throttle body they use fits a Weber adaptor plate so as long as you get the ecu & sensors its not to hard. Usually fitted if your going to turbo.

i was wondering if this had been done before using the SPFI from an EA Falcon. hmmm interesting
the XF used a throttlebody and plenum style induction and the EA when the SPFI style injection for some reason...moving on....

That's what i was considering a while back as they are a really simple setup. Don't think there would be many gains from such a system
