I purchased a ally bumper replacment bull bar the other day .To let you all know it bolted up and looks a treat .
I made two brackets from RHS with plates welded on this picked up on the plates on the bull bar .I had to cut a small amout away from bull bar near the corners on the guard as to give it some clearance.
cost $80.00
The whole ford was $300.00

I've seen a few heavy duty bull bars from Falcons that are in the yards, can you show pictures here?

Seagull, check this out, as by reducing the image size makes a difference in sending, especially with dialup:

You really dont need to view a full size pic most times, right click most internet images on a given webpage and you will find the average size that fits nicely to screen and to send once you expriment a bit.
Would you have any probs in setting up an account (free) for host pics like Imageshack or Photobucket? Just register and post pics, copy link URL's once you have logged out from host site and post them in your posts here - simple huh?

sorry mate have been insanely busy at work this week.
your photos are up here:

love what you have done with the gearbox crossmember, and the rear arms.
Interesting idea with the throttle body too, although i dont know if it was really necessary. Usually spacing the cooler up to clear the engine support bar is enough, and the rubber hose can take up the change in angle. Maybe not possible with your 3" lift ?

I found the piping was made easy with making a spacer ,fits very good now .I made a stainless up pipe at the same time .
very soon rub the paint down & blow some paint over for a new look .
