strengthen chasis rails

has anyone somehow strengthen brumby chasis rail to attach tow hooks or where is the best place to tow brumbys from tow bar bent today and don't like idea of pulling off alloy bull bar dont real strong help would be great

Which part of the tow bar, the tongue or the bracing bar that bolts to the chassis rail? either way you seem to be doing something wrong!

If you're snatching the best place is the tie down points, can't remember where they are on the rear but they should be up front just under the lower velance panel, or you can wrap it around the engine crossmember if you've got access when stuck (doubtful).

on the actual chassis rail part of it...

race car trick - fill the chassis rails with expand-a-foam. adds little weight, adds loads of stength and it's cheap
