Very easy.

You need the following...

1 x 4x4 gearbox (5spd dual range should be easy to find)
1 x tailshaft
1 x complete rear end from any L series 4x4 model (diff, diff hanger, hubs, drums, drive shafts, bolts etc)

Make sure the rear diff ratio matches the gearbox ratio.

I think you might need the crossmember for the gearbox aswell - can anybody clarify?

Easiest way is to find a complete 4x4 car to act as a donor then you know there won't be any bits missing.

I know witht the older models u have to change the fuel tank. I heard in an L series u don't have to cos the sedans already have the dipp for the diff.... wait for someone to confirm that though.
