cooling options

Post by timmo » Thu Feb 01, 2007 3:08 pm

I know its a common complaint but I'm finding that my standard L series radiator isnt doing the job of keeping my EA82T cool on days over 30 especially running the A/C. The radiator is only a few years old and has just been cleaned out & have replaced the thermostat. Would an alluminum core make a difference? ( I heard it might cool better). What have other people done to beef up their cooling systems? I know a WAIC is always on option but not one I have time to sort right now.
thanks

Timmo

I have a dual core radiator in mine and that keeps it honest. Managed to find a fellow willing to modify/customise one for me. Had to do a bit of cutting on the body - but not too much.
