umm lift is like 600 i think, exhaust around 200 depending on what you want.
But in reality, the best way to make your car better is to fix anything that is wrong at the moment. Ie tuning, oil changes, cv joints if they are going. All that sorta stuff. Make it run like a dream before you do anything too serious

well the interiour is on top condition like new the previouse owner put mats every where so its in good nick it has a brand new radiator umm no rust in the engine bay and no oil leaking drives like a beauty. I have heard putting on a after market STI exhaust would sounds mad on a liberty. what do u think i am new to this subaru stuff i just want it to sounds like a WRX i am only used to drive crappy old ford
btw y should i lift it?? is it a 4wd? cuz it doenst have the 2H, 4H N 2L and 4L what 4wd have
i live on the Gold coast so i dunno but i guess i always could change it

Oops sorry but, the immediate assumption here is that the car is to be used for off road purposes. No need for a lift :P especially if its a 2wd.
If you want a wrx sound, you will get close but not exactly there. I'm guessing its na, so you are probably looking at a 2"1/4 inch exhaust with a straight through muffler ~$300. Will sound great, but no flutter.

Is it AWD or FWD?
AWD = all wheel drive - means it will have a diff and cv's under the fuel tank at the back.
FWD = front wheeldrive. Nothing under the fuel tank except the cross member.
eBay is your friend for wheels. There is always wheels on there to suit Subarus. WRX rims will fit although the offset is slightly different. You can find any thing from 15" standard alloys to 18 or 19 inch ricey wheels and most of them are at good prices.
If you find any you like, post a link to them here and some one will tell you if it is a good price or not.
showthread.php?t=404 have a look at that thread.

Yeah ebay is best place for mags and the good price range is from $300 - $700, The Outback and Forrester rims has different offset than Liberty & WRX. WRX rims will fit.
Is yours 4WD/AWD or FWD? Manual or Automatic?
Cheers

Current pricing for lift kit for Liberty is $390 + freight....not too bad.
But yeh, do u want to use it for offroading or more as a street car? Street car you may want to look at lowering instead!

Lift is -
$110 for brand new outback struts = $440 - I was lucky to get $260 thru a mate, if you can bargain with the auto guys - you could be lucky.
Kings Raised Coil Springs is $120 pair x2 = $240
That would give you overall 3" lift.
Cheers
