EA 82T Muffler

Hi all,

After a recent Ea82 to EA82T conversion have a 21/2" pipe at rear which produces a quiet similar to WRX sound, can I increase the size of the rear pipe to get a deeper throatier WRX type sound what would be the max size it could be, would 3" be too big?
