hi soon to do 18 conversion do i have to modify the main engine pipes cheerzmick
current ej18 awd targa brumby

by "18 conversion" I'm assuming you mean an EJ18? You'll need to run the EJ18 headers and have the centre pipe modified to fit. Shouldn't cost too much to have it done, as the centre pipe should just need to be cut a bit shorter.

I've looked at this for my "pending" EJ16 conversion. The EJ header pipes are about 100mm longer than the EA ones.
