Yeah it'd work, just remember to keep the diameter down to keep your gas velocity up.

i figger 2" with a fake muffler can around it with the heat shield. should look good.
my bros idea was to fab some side rails and side steps with the exhaust dumping behind the step infront of the rhr wheel
i like it stack idea better, i wat to put a flapper on it but my m8 just rekons to do a sweep back

If you want twin stacks (ie: 1 each side) make sure you split it after the headers, not taking 1 stack from each head, otherwise it'll sound like a sick lawn mower or at best a VW beetle.

Oh and it will be loud...VERY loud

Don't like to throw a spanner in the works but what about legality?
I've seen a pic of a Brat that took the exhuast up through the tray and up the side by the back window, didn't look to great, but at least if you stall in water you don't drown the exhaust pipe. Oh, and there was another car that had no hood and a muffler coming out from the engine bay with a pipe running up the right hand side pillar. Again, didn't look good to me. But I reckon you could make it work and look good.

Anyone got a "not a Jumbuck" sticker on the back of their brumby yet?

Agreed... nothin better than a B&S brumby - it would be my choice.
