Me too mate, My bro just got back from a trip up there, he went with two mates. They flew to cairns and hired a 4wd. He said the 4wd had some issues they didn't want to worry about, the whole reason for hiring a 4wd rather than taking their own... I haven't caught up with him long enough to check out pics or hear his stories but I know they were dissappointed with the 4wd.
Cheers

Made Renners Springs to Darwin last night,
took this car freighter passage from Seisia last Monday
just managed to beat the tide out of port
Bamaga boys did some aerials from the Cairns barge the day before
and arrived in Cairns on Weds. I'll try and post a few of the vids I've been able to upload.
Met Jamie and Jason, up from Cairns to do some work for Rio Tinto, fishing at Weipa.
I caught a catfish, these guys guys were getting trevally, queenfish, barramundi, salmon. Mind you, they knew what they were doing, so I shot the footage.
