First Fraser Island Trip - Where should I set up camp?

Post by Reg Brumbys » Tue Oct 27, 2009 9:58 pm

We're picking up our new camper trailer next month and want to take it Fraser for it's maiden outing.

I've not been before and wanted to see if anybody had some first hand recommendations for a top spot to set up for about a week - whoo hoo!

Needs room for the camper and the fourby (not the brumby ;))
Close to somewhere to swim with young kids & fish ideally.
Somewhere scenic
Don't need any facilities
Bushwalking close by if possible

Fire 'em at me.

Cheers

The last time we went we rented a house at Eurong with cable, dishwasher, comfy bed and pool.Don't worry there's plenty of room to store the camper.:-D:-D
