Hi all,

Wondering who out there has done the Oodnadatta track and/or Painted Desert region, how long they took, what gear they took, etc?

I'm hoping to take the Outback up there for a photographic trip in late July if it's dry enough, and most of the info I can find is for full 4x4's, not AWDs..

my old man towed a caravan up the oodnadatta track with an XD falcon when i was a kid. im sure it could be done in an outback.
