What tyres for your Liberty

I got 3 punctures. All of them were from driving through the shell grit on the beach. One directly through the tread, one on the edge of the tread close to the side wall and the last one in the side wall.
I was worried about them before we crossed the desert but they were faultless in that sort of terrain. They are OK on the beach but not great. Probably a sensible choice for the car considering how much offroad use it gets though which is no where near as much as the old Liberty.

I just spoke to the tyre distributor of Queensland for Nankang tyres they said that both supper trippers and wide conqueror are not available any more (bugger)

I've got the ft7 as a spare for the l.It doesn't look aggressive enough for what i have planned.
On the 694's they aren't bad.The smaller sizes aren't light truck rating and kmart sells em cheaper than bridgestone, go figure
