When I bought my tourer it came with 13" Nankang mud and snow tyres:Image

They were still pretty well behaved on the road too, not quite as good as the khumo road tyres but not far off.

G'day,
If i was running 13" rims my choice would be toyo 720f
you can find them under passenger tyres at http://www.toyo.com.au
Cheers,

I find the pirelli p400s hard to beat, I wouldnt call them an 'off road' tyre as such, but they are rated as mud and snow and are good on the black top aswell.

Toyo 720F or even the old style of Olympic Sprinter, though haven't seen them for a while. Some wreckers may have imported Snow tyres or rally tyres which are usually good for offroad compared to H/T tyres.

Even have a look through tyre catalogues at dealers, you can usually get a good idea by looking at the tread styles of different tyres.
